Lil Kim (born Kim Li) is an American musician, rapper, model actress as well as a music producer. She is known for her unrestrained style of rapping and her powerful voice. Her professional career started in the entertainment business in her teens. The Notorious B.I.G. asked her to do freestyles rap. At first, she also was a part of Junior M.A.F.I.A. In the following years she recorded her own solo album Hard Core which earned her lots of praise. Her previous albums include The Notorious K.I.M. La Bella Mafia The Naked Truth mixtape Ms. G.O.A.T. There are many others. A number of prestigious awards were handed out to her, like Grammys. Her collaborations have included many famous people from the music industry, such as Christina Aguilera Young Jeezy French Montana Miley Cyrus Jadakiss Beyonce Yo Gotti. Apart from a professional career in music, she has had modeling assignments since the beginning and has worked in collaboration with brands such as MAC Brandy and Old Navy. She's worked with numerous organizations and has participated in tours and fundraising to bring awareness to issues including HIV/AIDS and breast cancer, homelessness and the violence that women face.
Megan Anna Rapinoe grew up in California, Redding. Her birthplace was on July 5, 1985. In her teens she started playing soccer. Rachael is her twin sister, and her were all students at the University of Portland together. Megan Rapinoe became a soccer star for the Portland State University becoming one of collegiate women's soccer's top players. A knee injury forced Megan Rapinoe's absence for a portion of her sophomore and junior seasons. When she was in her senior year she took on every match returning to her sport fully. She completed her studies at Portland's University of Portland in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in sociology. Rapinoe started her career in soccer in 2009, when the Chicago Illinois Red Stars, the newly formed Women's Professional Soccer WPS League team, drafted Rapinoe. She was a part of the team until it disbanded at the end of 2010. Following a brief time as a player with The Philadelphia Pennsylvania Independence Rapinoe was traded to the Boca Raton Florida magicJack. She scored two goals and eight games to her credit and helped the magicJack to a league-leading third place finish that year. At the end of 2011, the magicJack was shut down and, in the beginning of 2012, it was the same with WPS. In 2011 Rapinoe played some matches with Sydney Football Club FC of the Australian W-League before returning to the United States. Next, she played with The Seattle Washington Sounders Women (now the Sound FC). The 2013 season was the last time the soccer player was in France. Later, she became a member of the National Women's Soccer League NWSL (formerly the WPS) which formed in reaction to the WPS's demise. Rapinoe was soon a top player for the team, and eventually was named captain. She was a member of the U.S. Olympic soccer women team which competed during the Olympics in London England. Rapinoe's game-winning goals and assists allowed the team to win a Gold Medal at these Olympics. She also competed in her second Olympics which took place at Rio de Janeiro Brazil, 2016. Her U.S. Team was defeated in the Rio quarterfinals. The participation of Rapinoe in this year's FIFA Women's World Cup began in 2011. Between 2015 and the year 2019, her contribution to players from the U.S. Women's World Cup winning team win consecutive titles. The year after, she was made cocaptain. Rapinoe scored two goals in the United States beat Australia 4-3 in the bronze medal game during the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Japan had been prevented from attending their participation in the Olympics until 2021 because of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
